'Shmallow Espresso Martini
In a shaker tin, combine ‘Shmallow, Coffee Liqueur, cold brew, & egg whites*. Shake tin vigorously until contents are foamy. Open tin and add ice. Shake again until chilled. Double strain up into martini glass. Garnish with espresso bean.
Aquafaba can be used in lieu of egg whites for a vegan-friendly recipe.
