In a shaker tin, combine ‘Shmallow, Orangecello, simple syrup, egg white, & orange bitters. Shake tin vigorously until contents are foamy. Open tin and add ice. Shake again until chilled. Double strain up into a coupe glass. Garnish with orange swath.

Aquafaba can be used in lieu of Egg Whites for a vegan friendly recipe.
