.5OZ ORANGE JUICE
.75OZ CHERRY TURBINADO SIMPLE
1-2DASHES AROMATIC BITTERS
Directions
IN A SHAKER TIN WITH ICE, ADD RYE, LEMON JUICE, ORANGE JUICE, CHERRY TURBINADO, AND BITTERS. SHAKE UNTIL CHILLED. DOUBLE STRAIN OVER A LARGE CUBE INTO A DOUBLE ROCKS GLASS. GARNISH WITH AN ORANGE SWATH AND LUXARDO CHERRY.

MIX UNTIL FULLY DISSOLVED: 1 CUP DEMERERA SUGAR, 2 CUPS BOILING WATER, 1 CUP TART CHERRY JUICE. COVER AND REFRIGERATE AFTER USE. KEEP FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS.
