Raspberry Bourbon Cooler

Directions
In a shaker tin, muddle 3-4 raspberries. Add 3-4 mint leaves and muddle again, gently - just enough to release the flavor. Add bourbon, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain over ice into a Collins glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with raspberries and a mint sprig.
