Heat up the Hot Chocolate:In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warm but not boiling. Add the shaved chocolate to the saucepan. Stir continuously until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the sugar (if using), pumpkin spice, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the coconut milk mixture. Whisk until everything is mixed together. Serve: Add Pumpkin Somethin' whiskey into your cup. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs. Top with jalapeño whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated chocolate. Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your warm, spiced, and slightly spicy pumpkin Mexican hot chocolate!
