Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour
In a shaker tin, combine bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white*. Before adding ice, shake vigorously until frothy. Then, open tin and ice. Shake again until chilled. Double strain over a large ice cube into a single rocks glass. Garnish with grated cinnamon and a lemon swath.
