Bourbon Cherry Sour
Add bourbon, cherry liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white* to a shaker tin. Leave out ice. Shake tin vigorously until contents are foamy. Open tin and add ice. Shake again until chilled. Double strain over ice into a collins glass. Garnish with a lemon and cherry.
