Batched Berry Mule | Serves 12
In a pitcher or punch bowl, muddle strawberries. Add bourbon*, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to mix. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, stir in ice, blueberries, and ginger beer. Garnish individual cocktails with lime and mint.
*Bourbon can be substituted with Hotel Tango Vodka or Cherry Liqueur.
