Ingredients
.75oz Lime juice
.75oz Simple syrup
to top Ginger Beer
garnish Lime & Strawberry
Directions
In a copper mug, muddle 2-3 chopped strawberries. Add bourbon, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir to mix. Add ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge, berry skewer, and mint sprig.
