Combine ‘Shmallow, Lemoncello, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, & lemon bitters. Fully mix ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with a lime wheel. Serves 12.
